Do I need to shower before my massage session?

No. If you have just done something to make you particularly sweaty, it may make you more comfortable to shower, but it isn’t necessary.

Do you sell vouchers?

At this current time, we do not do vouchers. However, if we get a lot of attention, and it is in high demand, we’ll definitely look into it!

Will I be clothed or naked?

For clients privacy, you MUST keep underpants on during your session. If you book a lower body massage, those that wear a bra are welcome to keep it on, but other than that you will be covered by towels, and extra clothing won’t be necessary.

Is your service exclusively mobile?

Ideally, we will remain a mobile service. Only in exceptional circumstances will we allow you to come to our premises, and it must be discuss with the massage therapist BEFORE attending your appointment.

Are there age restrictions for your massages?

We do not serve any clients under the age of 18. If you look underage, we may ask for ID, and anyone attempting to have an appointment under the age of 18 will be refused treatment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, you will still be charged full price of your chosen treatment.

How do I prove I’m a student?

When your massage therapist arrives, they will ask you for your student ID to confirm. If you are unable to provide this, we reserve the right to charge you for full price for your treatment.

Do you provide services for clients with access requirements?

If you have any access requirements, or any medical conditions that you suspect may affect the safety of your treatment, we do ask that you check with your GP that it is safe for you to have the massage, and present a letter/email confirming that it is okay for you to receive the treatment.

If you are unsure if your medical conditions are safe for treatment, feel free to contact us!

How do I leave a review after my first treatment? What happens if I don’t?

You will be sent a TrustPilot review form via the email you will have given us during your booking. If a review has not been left within 14 days of the appointment, you will receive an invoicing requesting full payment of your treatment.

Do you run a loyalty scheme?

Yes we do! At the end of your first session, you will be offered the chance to be a part of our loyalty scheme and offered a loyalty card. After every 5 appointments, your 6th appointment will be free of charge!

NOTE: Your first free treatment does not count towards the loyalty programme.

Am I able to have a treatment if I have eczema?

Yes of course! In fact, our treatment is very beneficial for clients affected by eczema, as it increases the blood flow to the skin.
